From fine cars to fine coffee to fine people I have been part of two purchases at Tucson Subaru this year, a new car for my sister in law and a used one for my wife. Both sales were handled by Jo I have been part of two purchases at Tucson Subaru this year, a new car for my sister in law and a used one for my wife. Both sales were handled by Joe Micoletti, salesman extraordinaire. I helped my sister in law, and three young children, through the process of purchasing their new vehicle. The kids like the car and proclaimed the chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room the best in the world. I think the coffee is in the same league. I'll be stopping by soon for both, and to maybe look at a car for me! More

There was no pressure, just courtesy and a professional manner. Gradually we began to narrow our focus and after we drove a test ride we asked to sit down and discuss a deal. Again ...no pressure, just questions to meet our needs. Curt McHenery too was very pleasant,relaxed and professional and worked out a deal which met our needs. After we took the car home we realized there was no manual in the glove box. Joe said if none was available we should get one form a Ford dealer and Tucson Subaru would gladly reimburse the expense to us. We are very happy we chose to look for a car at Tucson Subaru. More

First class every time I came in to look! I had to come to look several times before purchasing. There was never any pressure to buy at the time of my visits. When I told them I wanted a certa I had to come to look several times before purchasing. There was never any pressure to buy at the time of my visits. When I told them I wanted a certain color they looked and realized there was one on the way. We planned and scheduled delivery. It was all very easy. Steve and Joe took the time to go on test drives a couple times before I decided on a purchase. Given the opportunity to test drive a Subaru, these cars sell themselves! I'm very impressed with my purchase so far. Can't wait to go to a new owner orientation to learn more on what I have. More

He was ready to help and yet I did not feel any pressure. Great Sales person and he found me my ideal car at a great price! I went back to the dealership later after my purchase as I did not have time to be shown how to operate all the gadgets at the time of purchase. Joe was busy but he found me another sales person, Bob, who was more than will to spend time with me to explain the workings of all the gadgets! These guys are both wonderful employees! More
