Professional, Courteous and Friendly I went to Tucson Subaru to research vehicles with intent to buy one somewhere, maybe there. Several friends talked about Subaru vehicles and Tucson Subaru. One friend spoke very highly of Joe Micoletti. When I first met Joe I realized I had purchased my previous car from him 10-1/2 years ago. He was very helpful and helped me figure out what I would want. We discussed various models and whether they would work for me and for my 88-year-old father. I took my father on my second visit to try out the model selected and to choose color. Joe was patient and helpful, continuing to answer questions and help along the decision process. My third visit was quick but filled with more questions which Joe answered. My fourth visit I purchased a Forester. As usual, Joe was professional, courteous and friendly. We waded through paperwork and then handed everything over to Louie Ascencio to finish up. Then Joe showed me the operation of various features of my new Subaru Forester even though he was having some allergy problems. My father and I are happy with my Subaru. I am happy with the vehicle and the overall process to select and purchase it. I an happy with the attention from Joe Micoletti and Tucson Subaru. More
