I WAS NOT SURPRISED HOW EASY THIS WAS BECAUSE A FEW MONTHS AGO MY WIFE AND I DEALT WITH JOE WHEN WE PURCHASED A NEW CROSSTREK FOR KATHY. My parents had purchased their first Subaru (a Forester) through this dealership and have been very pleased with their car and the the service they've received on every visit. My parents recommended working with Joe Micoletti and he did not disappoint on any level. Joe listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions, and made every step of the process a pleasure to work through. At no time did we feel pressured or misled. Joe clearly answered every question we had, which allowed us to make decisions with ease. We also had the pleasure of working with Tim Hanson in the finance department. Tim was efficient and excellent at communicating additional options with our purchase. We even purchased additional warranties that we may not have previously considered given Tim's guidance. Overall we are very pleased with our Subaru sales experience (and our new Forester) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. More

He gave us his business card and we left and continued our information gathering at several other car dealerships. After looking at all the other SUV's we decided to test drive three different ones. Needless to say we liked the Outback better than the other ones. What I liked about Joe was: He didn't try to pressure; he didn't slam his competitors; and he is a strait "shooter". More

I worked with Joe Micoletti as my sales associate and Tim Hanson as my financial guide, both exceptional in their expertise and professionalism as well as their friendliness. Throughout the afternoon, I saw many other employees. Without an exception, every single person was friendly, polite, asked if I needed help, and had a smile on his/her face. So nice and refreshing! The grounds, the building in and out, the customer lobby (with cookies, tea, coffee, fresh fruit), all were clean and neat. There were chairs in the main lobby with nearby literature stands containing info on all their models. Easy to relax and learn a bit more about the various vehicles before seeing a sales person. All in all, a great, stress-free experience. If there were a higher rating than 5 stars, Tucson Subaru would have it. More
