We just purchased our 3rd car from Lexus of Brookfield. The first 2 were used ES 350s. As usual, we had an outstanding experience with this visit. Bob Hill did a fantastic job with helping us determine which ES would be the right one for our needs. Joe Palmisano happened to be there, and we had a great conversation about his dealership, and all the things that go into building a Lexus. Joe noticed our interest in the new ES 300h in the showroom, and within a couple minutes, he had a gentleman pull it out so we could test drive it. We bought it! I can't say enough good things about all of the folks at Lexus of Brookfield. Top notch experience every step of the way! More

My wife saw the copper crest RX350 at the auto show and loved it immediately, I called Joe to help me find it and Tony to complete the purchase. Tony even drove all the way out to Mequon to show my wife loved it immediately, I called Joe to help me find it and Tony to complete the purchase. I worked with Steve the Greek Haidman & Joe Palmisano to lease my new 2023 RX350. The process was seamless and they both went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Verbie was great on the financ lease my new 2023 RX350. The process was seamless and they both went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Tony Mayen is the man! I was looking for a specific color and trim for my new Lexus and he was able to locate one at another dealership and got me the one I really wanted.
