I've leased all my cars (all Lexus) and purchased one certified used from this dealership. LoB is always clean, the employees are very friendly, there are always cookies waiting in addition to other snac certified used from this dealership. LoB is always clean, the employees are very friendly, there are always cookies waiting in addition to other snacks and beverages. The bathrooms are always clean. I always enjoy working with Wade. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always learn something new about my car or Enform, or Lexus in general from Wade. I currently drive an RXL, which I love. I've leased an NX, two sedans (ES), and a few hybrids (CTh). I've loved them all. I've had the same experience with the Service department for my routine maintenance visits. More

Thank you Mr. Pappalardo at Lexus of Brookfield. We had an issue with tree sap that we thought was a result of paint sealant that was applied.
