This is our 6th vehicle purchase from John. Our daughter bought her Camry from him and my parents bought a brand new Venza. We refer everyone to John. He will even drive a car to deliver to it to a customer anywhere in the state of Florida. He treats us like family and so does everyone at Village Toyota. I could go on and on about how awesome this dealership is, but go see for yourself and then you will truly understand that my words cannot do this review of John and the dealership justice. More

As a business owner, I would stay as far away from this place as possible we’ve had issues every time we have had to deal with this dealership whether it be them selling us vehicles, they don’t actually ow place as possible we’ve had issues every time we have had to deal with this dealership whether it be them selling us vehicles, they don’t actually own or have in stock and then when we finally come in to pick up the vehicle they tell us that they can no longer honor their original agreement Now we’ve had a lease for three years that has had a safety recall that they never bothered to fix nor notify us of it be at the safety recall is a bumper and when we go in To buy out our lease they tell us that they can no longer certify it so we cannot get the warranty that’s left with the vehicle/originally telling us they can’t sell us the vehicle I’ve come to really love Toyotas over the years but when you call their corporate office, they tell you that they can’t do anything to help you. That I have to deal with the dealership I now have two leases that I need to buy out one of them with the safety recall More

I wasn't going to buy a car last weekend. I only wanted to test drive a Corolla so I could compare it to other cars elsewhere. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any dealership. They even gifted us a HUGE TV for being one of the first sales of the day. The manager came over to congratulation us and Evan in finance explained everything and was funny as heck. 10/10 will recommend and return whenever I need another great car buying experience. More
