Having had my 2024 ZR2 in for service for 6 visits on the same issue since September 2025 and just got it fixed from a leak. First 3 visits they said it was fixed - wrong then had to order parts for over 3 m same issue since September 2025 and just got it fixed from a leak. First 3 visits they said it was fixed - wrong then had to order parts for over 3 months while it sat in their back lot. I lemon lawed it and now waiting on Chevrolet to decide how I’m treated for losing payments, insurance, and almost a year of warranty. More

I will be choosing Regal Chevrolet in Lakeland, FL instead of Stingray in Plant City, FL from now on. I have went to Stingray for years in the past, but their customer service is terrible now they awa instead of Stingray in Plant City, FL from now on. I have went to Stingray for years in the past, but their customer service is terrible now they aways have an excuse never can get your vehicle into service not even for an oil change and tire rotation until a week or two later. Regal has excellent customer service Regal gets you in their service department the next day. They are awesome and I drive 24 or 25 miles to get to Regal Chevrolet. I drive right past Stingray Chevrolet to get to Regal .that tells you something for a customer to spend extra money on gas just to be treated with respect and to be shown customers matter. Thank you Regal for caring. More

Shuttle service was quick and great! Think it was Larry who took me home and picked me up.
