Our salesman was Warren Tsang who has an exceptional knowledge about the different features of the car and has infinite patience about explaining about every little details and answered all of our questions with full satisfaction. He worked with his manager to get the best deal for us during the long process, and is very assuring and easy to work with. Once the deal is done he stayed back after the midnight to explain patiently once again all the features and assisted us with all the settings and new features of the car. We love this guy! Also Joe Proscia who was helped us with getting the paperwork and has done an outstanding job explaining all the necessary options and details and was very accommodating with all our questions and concerns. Every car on their lot looks like one in a thousand. Even though the vehicle was the best available in the Maryland/DC/Virginia region, the price was fair. The folks who helped me purchase the car made the process easy and painless (something I can not say for the many other vehicles we looked at). They even detailed my car while we waited for our new-used car to be made ready. It was just a wonderful experience. More
