My husband had a bad experience with another dealership on a previous purchase for a daughter several years back. However, Joe Ray and Raul Tirado were excellent Luther representatives. My husband enjoyed working with Joe. Both Joe and Raul took into consideration my husband’s previous experience and handled the sale very professionally. I was recomended by a friend to visit Luther Nissan Kia of Inver Grove Heights and I am so happy I went! I first went in on saturday and worked with Dave. He showed me a nice car but it just wasnt for of Inver Grove Heights and I am so happy I went! I first went in on saturday and worked with Dave. He showed me a nice car but it just wasnt for me. He then went back and did some digging and found a car on its way to the lot. I was then scheduled to come back on Tuesday. When I got in on Tuesday I met with Joe and he took me out to drive my new used Mitsubishi Outlander. He made sure I was happy with what I was getting amd that I knew all the great features. When it came to financing Eric made it smooth and painless. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Over all I would highly recommend the great staff at Inver grove Heights. I am so happy with my new car and have already told all my friends that if they are looking for a fast, easy and friendly experience they need to look no further. More

Joe was great from the beginning. He listened to our concerns over our current issue and worked with us on a reasonable trade in value. He said he'd take care of us and I'm sure all sales people do but concerns over our current issue and worked with us on a reasonable trade in value. The biggest thing for me is I didn't feel like he had the "typical car salesman" attitude. We really appreciate his genuine care for our situation. He brought the best deal to the table.
