My husband and I were pleasantly surprised when working with the Kia Sales and Finance Team. They stuck to their word and did not try to pressure us into any other fees or downpayment. We were almost in shock! We told them up front what we could afford as a downpayment and signing and what we needed our monthly payments to be. . .AND THEY DELIVERED!!! How refreshing! Way to go Inver Grove Heights Kia! We will be back in a year when looking to purchase a vehicle for my husband. More

Million Dollar Joe Ray =-) I went to Kia on a Wednesday only to just look. I looked and a friendly gentleman name Joe came out to see if he could help me with anything. I was afraid of a glitch happening on trying to get a new car of some sort. He made me so comforable. I sat and waited yet still nervous to even get approved for ANYTHING. He kept coming back and saying everything is still good... He then heard what I said in the very beginning of the car I would like? Like a cube car sort? He then told me he is trying to get me into a Kia Soul. I couldnt believe it!!! Someone actually listening to the customer!!! (haha) Then still in process, he tells me everthing is looking really good!! (haha) then he talks about the colors? At this point, I'm in thinking a glitch is going to pop up. He then tells me my favorite GREEN is here?!! Im like this is crazy?! At this point time is going by and I waiting. Next thing you know it a friendly woman name Jamie comes and says, Hi Yolanda, please come with me this way. In which I do. When she tells me everything and I now a new owner for a 2014 Kia Soul. I was on cloud 9 and wanted to do carts wheels!!! After all was over. I was so happy with "JOE"!!! I shooked his hand and gave him a monster hug!!! When I left the lot the next day the last words from Joe was, "No Glitch"! I was so thankful to have him helped me that day when I walked in to that parking lot!!! I will recommend him to all family and friends!!!! THANKS A MILLION JOE!!!! More

I purchased my Kia Sorento from Joe Ray back in July 2013 (he was excellent, and very helpful by the way). I brought my vehicle in a couple of times for oil changes and had a remote starter installed about a (he was excellent, and very helpful by the way). I brought my vehicle in a couple of times for oil changes and had a remote starter installed about a month ago, but this most recent time was because my vehicle stalled while driving. You can imagine the anxiety and fear with having to continue driving knowing this had happened once; who's to say it won't happen again? I called Luther first thing in the morning and spoke to Greg Isham. I explained to him that the other Kia dealership in WBL said I would be charged for any time they have in to the vehicle if they find an electrical problem due to the viper remote starter that Luther had installed (since Barnett wasn't the ones who originally installed the viper, they reserve that right). Greg was very understanding and helpful and told me to bring it in and assured me I would be "taken care of". I dropped it off on Monday morning. Adam called me later that afternoon and said that they couldn't find anything wrong, as it wasn't registering on the computer and they test drove it a few times, but couldn't duplicate the issue. He then said that they weren't comfortable giving it back yet and asked if they could keep it for another day to do more testing. I agreed. The following morning I called to ask Adam a few questions regarding the vehicle, as something had come to mind that may have been relevant. I also asked him to look at another issue that I forgot to add when I originally brought in the car. I felt bad for being a "pest", but he said "Of course not. That's why we're here; we're here to fix vehicles." Every time I have called or gone in for service work, everyone is polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable, right down to the receptionist. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Jody More

I have been a customer with this dealership for years. What I like most is the honest answer about the cars and what they have to offer. I might not see something when I come in sometimes; and the sale person does not just try to force anything on you to make a sale. Their goals is to make sure when you come in that you get what you looking for or introduce you to other option that you may not of have consider or heard about. This helps gain my trust when I am looking for another vehicle. I know that the customer is important here and it not only about the sale. When the customer satisfy they will spread the word were about were a person should go and by their next car. This is how long relationship being with the customer and the dealership. Luther is the place I do not hesitate to say were I will purchase my vehicle because of the honesty and the professionalism of the staff. From the being when you step on the lot to going in the door. Most dealership the staff will run the other way or they do no not greet the customer. One more item is when you need your car service; the dealership makes it convenience for a person to come in after work and after 9:00 pm. The dealership makes it accessible for a person not to miss work and to make later appointments. These are some of the reason why I enjoy coming to this Luther Nissan Kia, Inver Grove Height dealership it no sharp square corners; it a well rounded organization. More
