Professional & Friendly I've been taking both our Toyota Avalon & Rav4 to Metro Toyota for over 10 years now. They (normally either Maggie or Joe) are always knowledgeable, I've been taking both our Toyota Avalon & Rav4 to Metro Toyota for over 10 years now. They (normally either Maggie or Joe) are always knowledgeable, professional and good at making recommendations without ever being "pushy". Every mechanical issue I've ever taken to them has been figured out and fixed! They're probably a "little bit" more expensive than some local repair facilities, but well worth it to know you're not being ripped off and that things will be repaired correctly and to Toyota's specs & standards. You can't go wrong here!!! PS: Although I usually see Maggie or Joe, I've always been happy with the service and treatment by everyone in Metro's service dept. More

Terrific diagnosis. Quick repair. Good price. Came in for tire rotation. Check showed rear brake pad had been sticking and was metal-to-metal.
