Metro Service They are always friendly and fast to take you to your service rep. I use them for oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance. Overall, they They are always friendly and fast to take you to your service rep. I use them for oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance. Overall, they are pretty thorough with their inspections and the experience is great. Most times they are packed with waiting customers. Average wait time for an oil change I’ve had done is at least an hour. They aren’t an express shop and perform a multi point inspection, so if you are looking for speed, some where else would be better suited. I purchased my vehicle from Metro and have used them for most service. They give you typical dealership rates for other maintenance so you may want to shop around if price is an issue. I really like dealing with Metro. Their staff is great and always treats me well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! More

They needed the truck for three days for this service so I scheduled an appointment for a time when we were going out of town. I brought the truck in for service the day before we left the country. When we returned I found out that this service had already been performed over a year ago at Metro Toyota. I remembered having the truck serviced for a frame recall but I didn’t remember what was done. There was no charge for the service but I wish they would have realized this before I brought the truck in and saved us both a lot of time. Also at my last visit when I brought the truck in for for the oil change I noticed on the way home that the ‘maintenance requred’ light was still on and so I had to return to the dealer to have it reset. Brake rotor I came in for a 30000 miles check up the oil was change tire rotated. The sales rep came in and said generally the car was find the breaks were ok, bu I came in for a 30000 miles check up the oil was change tire rotated. The sales rep came in and said generally the car was find the breaks were ok, but the one rotor need to be adjusted and cleaned. And that would cost 60 dollars. Of course I said no. I never heard of a rotor that needed to be adjusted or cleaned. I heard of replacing or turning when having a break job. I also think I was scam in buying a tire at my 20000 mile check up when the service tech claimed that there was a foreign object on the side of the tire which ment the tire was unrepairable. More
