I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford monthly. I don't have the best credit and he was able to get me in the exact vehicle I wanted for exactly what I could afford (actually a little lower). The GM Joe Segreti was just as helpful as Mike. Donnie was my finance guy and he was amazing and kept me reassured the whole time as we went over all the details. This is my second car from DuPage and the experience was even better than the first. I would recommend DuPage and Mike and Donnie to anyone looking to buy. More

2nd time buyer I have leased three trucks from Dupage CDJR. Each time the dealer took care of me. Just leased a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie. Rose was the saleswoman. Beware! Lying and Deception This was by far the worst car buying experience we have ever had. So many regrets! I wish my husband had decided not to purchase here; but after drivi This was by far the worst car buying experience we have ever had. So many regrets! I wish my husband had decided not to purchase here; but after driving over an hour in response to a false ad he was determined to purchase our new Jeep from this dealer. The experience started off bad and kept getting worse. They lied about the price and kept adding lies as we challenged their false statements.. Everyone we dealt with, with the exception of a woman in the service department (oh you’re wondering why we would need service on a brand new Jeep? Me too! How about there was a cigarette burn on the front passenger seat. Neither my husband or I smoke!) Side note: Do not purchase a car at night. Although we didn’t get there when it was dark outside by the time we finished going back and forth with the sales department it was very late that evening. I wrote the sales person and called many times with no reply. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. More

Great Customer Service My wife and I bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Joe Segreti and Sam Dulaney back in 2017. We were looking at new 2017 Dodge Durango R/ My wife and I bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Joe Segreti and Sam Dulaney back in 2017. We were looking at new 2017 Dodge Durango R/T's, but after some discussion and numbers we decided this vehicle was out of our budget. My wife's second choice in vehicle was a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. We really liked the new vehicle, and as we began working on the deal, Joe found us a GC Limited which just came off a one year lease with LOW miles. He was able to work us a better deal on the one year old vehicle, and it had ALL of the options and color we wanted. Joe has always gone out of his way for us, and we really consider him a good friend. We are currently working with Joe on a replacement for our 2016 Ram on which the lease is coming to an end. We haven't found the right vehicle and deal as of yet...but we keep trying! More

Harrassing Salesman to the highest degree. I went in there about a month ago to begin my search for a new vehicle. The salesman I had was extremely harassing and very over bearing. I told him I I went in there about a month ago to begin my search for a new vehicle. The salesman I had was extremely harassing and very over bearing. I told him I was only working and he conned me into running mine and my co signers credit. Granted that’s my problem, but when I and my co signer said we did not want to sign papers today.. he became even more pushy and almost aggressive with me. My co signer was not even in the same zip code as I was at the time. The salesman said if we wanted to sign today he would bring the papers to her to sign in her pajamas. That was the last step for me when I tried leaving the dealer I asked the salesman not to waste anymore of my time and he rebuddled with “well aren’t you wasting mine?” And I said no because this is your job. I left the dealer promptly after that. Flash forward to 2 hours ago, I received an email about an event and thought I’d give them one more chance. They then start texting my consigner about information on the car instead of myself. When I called to speak to a sales manager the honestly could care less about my complaint or what I had to say. More
