We were told we were next but after an hour, we finally had to speak to someone, then it moved along. 2. Bad financing rate and we asked some questions but basically we're going to refinance with a credit union. Gave us 6.99 and we both have 800 credit scores. First community is 3.99. It was already on the paperwork when we got into the office. Kind of shady. 3. Can't get ahold of Josh now to make sure we've got the right paperwork. I've emailed twice and called and left a message today. Because we were in a hurry and don't buy often from dealers, I just want to know the next steps. Will they mail me the title and inspection stuff? Never signed title stuff there. Just need some clarification. Like I said, overall it was decent and we like the vehicle, but the interest rate thing and Josh not responding is annoying for sure. More
