Had my oil changed - service staff was great. Happened to also be in market for new vehicle. Salesman Mr. Solano was awesome. Jason, Mark and the finance team were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help us get a new vehicle after having ours totalled in an accident. Went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly handled with professionalism and integrity. Anchorage Chrysler dodge is a unicorn dealership. I ordered my truck in Feb 22, to no fault of the dealer handled with professionalism and integrity. Anchorage Chrysler dodge is a unicorn dealership. I ordered my truck in Feb 22, to no fault of the dealership, it didn't arrive until October. This is the only dealership that has the integrity to honor a 9 month old handshake agreement that they would not have a dealer markup or increase the price over time. This handshake agreement that they honored created a 5,000 difference.between ram MSRP and the sale price. They may not make that agreement in the future but but they will still have their integrity. More

I saw 2 salespeople and 1 just for about forgot me and the other not prepared..Asked for the sales manager to check on a discount or free installation for accessories he said he would get back to me, neve the other not prepared..Asked for the sales manager to check on a discount or free installation for accessories he said he would get back to me, never did!
