I was met by the Alexis, the expr I have visited Gunn's vehicle service a couple of times for routine engine diagnostics, and I was pleased each time. I was met by the Alexis, the express service advisor, who very quickly sent my vehicles off for diagnostics and sent me into the waiting room. The waiting room offered free coffee, krispy kreme donuts, wifi, tv, and a shuttle service to any part of San Antonio. My vehicle's miles were slightly out of warranty period but the dealership arranged almost free repair because the engine diagnostics light came up much earlier. This was a fine experience and I will take my Hondas for service at Gunn again in future. More
