He is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, always gets us exactly the car we want at a fair and competitive price, and we never feel pressured. I've sent friends and family here, and they too have had an excellent experience. Joe in Finance makes the process a breeze. I picked up a Jeep recently and Joe had everything organized and ready when I arrived, he explained each part of the process thoroughly and had me out of his office and into my new car in no time, We also bring our cars to Volz for service. Dave, Joe and Chelsea are the best. It's very easy to make appointments, and the night drop off is a very convenient service they offer for those of us who work long hours. They are also very professional and accommodating and get high marks for keeping in touch and following up. The service staff is quick, efficient and very neat. I highly recommend this dealership. Walked in with a dollar and a dream... came out with a car! Joe Tucker and Bob really helped me out. The banks wouldn't approve me for a particular car. Newer vehicle, low miles, better warranty everything! I couldn't be more happier! I put rims on it same day and came back the next day. Rachel took some pics of me and my car and Danielle put my picture on facebook for their " Like" program. If I can get 100 likes on my pic they will pay for my first month payment. Well I got over 100 likes in less than a few hours and picked up my check!!!! Trust me if I can get a car so can you! More

My first car buying experience was A+! After meeting with Steve the first time, I thought this is too good to be true, but my experience was everything I had hoped for and more. Steve was very patient and kind, and not to mention knowledgable! He told me everything about the Jeep Grand Cherokee, what button did what, how to work the radio/navigation system, etc. He was on top of all paperwork, insurance and registration that needed attending too. Even called the next day to see how the Jeep was doing and to thank me again for my business. Also, worked with Joe Tucker in getting the lowest interest rate I could and signing the papers with him was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone! More

Enjoyable Experience! I went in on a Monday and was driving my new Jeep Patriot by Friday! From the second I walked into the dealership the service was friendly and accommo I went in on a Monday and was driving my new Jeep Patriot by Friday! From the second I walked into the dealership the service was friendly and accommodating. I knew which car I wanted but Tom went over all my options and took us to two different lots to see cars. The dealership bought back my car and offered me an excellent deal on my new lease. Joe was extremely friendly and upfront with us. My dad and I were very impressed with the offer and the way the staff interacted with us! When we picked up the car, Tom reviewed all the features and sent us home with a goodie bag and a chance to earn $300 if the picture they took of me with my new car gets 100 likes on Facebook! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience :) More

Misleading sales people and unexpected changes at the time of finance were often cause for dismay and anger, however, that was not the case at Bill Volz. Our experience there was quite the opposite. My lease was soon to be up on my Toyota Hylander and I was not sure if I was going to lease another Toyota or go with Jeep. I had priced the Jeeps elsewhere and thought they were out of my price range. On a whim I decided to walk into Bill Volz and had the pleasure of meeting Chris. He was very polite and listened to what I wanted and where I needed to be money wise. I had never walked into a dealer by myself but Chris made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I went back a couple of days later to make a deal.Chris had the day off, and I did not want to give my business to another salesman but was assured that Steve and Chris worked together. Steve was just as helpful, polite and courteous as Chris. I hope when my lease is up in three years these two fine young men are still there so I may do business with them again. Thank you Chris and Steve for a wonderful experience (for a change). More
