He is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, always gets us exactly the car we want at a fair and competitive price, and we never feel pressured. I've sent friends and family here, and they too have had an excellent experience. Joe in Finance makes the process a breeze. I picked up a Jeep recently and Joe had everything organized and ready when I arrived, he explained each part of the process thoroughly and had me out of his office and into my new car in no time, We also bring our cars to Volz for service. Dave, Joe and Chelsea are the best. It's very easy to make appointments, and the night drop off is a very convenient service they offer for those of us who work long hours. They are also very professional and accommodating and get high marks for keeping in touch and following up. The service staff is quick, efficient and very neat. I highly recommend this dealership. Newer vehicle, low miles, better warranty everything! I couldn't be more happier! I put rims on it same day and came back the next day. Rachel took some pics of me and my car and Danielle put my picture on facebook for their " Like" program. If I can get 100 likes on my pic they will pay for my first month payment. Well I got over 100 likes in less than a few hours and picked up my check!!!! Trust me if I can get a car so can you! More

Steve was very patient and kind, and not to mention knowledgable! He told me everything about the Jeep Grand Cherokee, what button did what, how to work the radio/navigation system, etc. He was on top of all paperwork, insurance and registration that needed attending too. Even called the next day to see how the Jeep was doing and to thank me again for my business. Also, worked with Joe Tucker in getting the lowest interest rate I could and signing the papers with him was a breeze. Would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone! More

Enjoyable Experience! I went in on a Monday and was driving my new Jeep Patriot by Friday! From the second I walked into the dealership the service was friendly and accommodating. I knew which car I wanted but Tom went over all my options and took us to two different lots to see cars. The dealership bought back my car and offered me an excellent deal on my new lease. Joe was extremely friendly and upfront with us. My dad and I were very impressed with the offer and the way the staff interacted with us! When we picked up the car, Tom reviewed all the features and sent us home with a goodie bag and a chance to earn $300 if the picture they took of me with my new car gets 100 likes on Facebook! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth car buying experience :) More

Having dealt with Dave Storms, service advisor for this dealership for my Jeeps service needs for the past five years, I felt comfortable doing business with Bill Volz. Joe Tucker, finance manager, had all the paperwork ready when I picked up my vehicle, and there were "no surprises" with the pricing! All three of these gentlemen are assets to the Volz dealership!
