Had a terrible experience! In August, my wife and I were interested in purchasing a used vehicle from this establishment. Unfortunately an emergency came up and we had to walk In August, my wife and I were interested in purchasing a used vehicle from this establishment. Unfortunately an emergency came up and we had to walk away. In October we saw the same vehicle was still available. We contacted the previous sales rep and drove with my 7 year old son 50+ miles to the dealership on two Saturday's ago to test drive the vehicle. My son was very excited with the vehicle. In addition, I gave the manager, Mike Verde a cash deposit on the vehicle and told him I was resolving an insurance issue and will pick up the vehicle next weekend, the lastest the following Saturday. Mike assured me that if another prospective buyer came along that he would contact me, to discuss if had resolved my issue before we agree mutually to sell the vehicle to another buyer. Instead, Mike sold the car the following Monday (one day) after my deposit and the car was delivered Tuesday morning without contacting me or our sales rep .The rep calls me telling me they sold the car. Our son was devastated. They had already cut a check for my deposit prior to informing me. We tried getting in direct contact with the owner Kenneth Volz to discuss this business transaction. I was told to call their Carmel NY location and ask for him. As I explained our situation to the manager there, "he said Mike sold your car" and wasn't surprised as he's done this before, he said he would tell Kenneth Volz to call me. We decided to contact Mr. Volz via email, a full week has passed, no call no reply to our email. I've bought may cars over the years and I've only had this terrible experience with one other car dealership. The bottom line is, this dealership ran our credit took our deposit and sold the vehicle we were closing on without hesitation and without contacting us as agreed. Bill Volz CDJR and Mike Verde engage in very shady and greedy business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

I would like for everyone to check with the Westchester D.A.'s office before considering purchasing a car from Bill Volz. I was ripped off to the point where I was arrested at my home for action l took aft D.A.'s office before considering purchasing a car from Bill Volz. I was ripped off to the point where I was arrested at my home for action l took after trying to contact Kenneth Volz HIMSELF to which he would not respond. All I wanted was my money back. They DESTROYED MY CAR! My case was dropped to a "VIOLATION" and I am currently working on my civil case against them. I have ALL of my receipts and they even lied to Jeep USA themselves and had the case I opened there closed not knowing this was FAR FROM OVER! As of my final court date which was 2/26/24 that dealership was under 17 separate criminal investigations. As I mentioned earlier, please contact the Westchester County D.A.'s office if you do not believe me. Their day of reckoning is COMING! More

I bought a car online I was told it had no modifications. Turns out the car has an exhaust system that was 100% modified. The car will not pass an inspection. These guys are what gives car salesmen a bad reputation. I would advise never to buy from them. The place is dishonest and they use bullying tactics to try and get their own way. More
