Val was my ser Maita Toyota employees are so mannerly and caring. I never have to wait because I try to get in their driveway right after they open. Val was my service guy last time, and he was very, very nice. I don't know the name of the guy in the drive way, but he was of Asian decent, and he is always very nice to me. He treats me like I'm a family member with a great big smile. Extremely courteous. Thank you so much. More

Excellent service! Art greeted us as we drove in. He is very pleasant and very professional. It is always a pleasure to see him! He took information and then escorted us Art greeted us as we drove in. He is very pleasant and very professional. It is always a pleasure to see him! He took information and then escorted us in to see Joe who took care of the paperwork for the work to be done. It was a first maintenance trip for our leased Corolla. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. We had the complimentary coffee and watched TV and talked for about an hour. Then Joe came to get us. Work done! He then took us to the valet where we got our car. It was a very pleasant experience. It was my wife's first visit for car service. She was thoroughly impressed. She had expected a bad experience, but she described the vast as pleasant and quick. Something she never thought that it would be. More
