AMAZING dealership. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, especially the salesman, Neal. He was wonderful. Extremely friendly, kind, understanding and helpful. He didn't pressure me to buy anything and took the time to explain everything with me. This was my first new car that I was purchasing and he definitely made my experience an easy one. Neal emailed me with information on the car, detailing everything I needed to know before I got to the dealership. Then he invited me to come look at the car I was interested in. The night of my appointment, he greeted me just outside the front door, welcomed me by name and was so inviting. He was by far the best salesperson I have ever come across! Greg, the finance manager, was great as well. He helped me through the "scary" part of purchasing a car. After I purchased the car, Joe showed me all the "parts" of the car. He helped me set up my bluetooth the car, so I can chat on the phone. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Again, I was so impressed with everyone that I came across while visiting the dealership. I will definitely tell my friends about it and remember it for myself in the future. Thanks for all your help Neal and keep up the great job you are doing!! More

And everyone knows the reason why. There are always high pressure salesmen and then it comes down to the manager who makes dealing even more difficult. But this is NOT the case at Bob Rohrman Group, Oakbrook Toyota, in Westmont, Illinois. They have an expert staff of knowledgeable people who are extremely professional and treat each customer with respect and dignity. We especially want to commend Jeffrey “Norm” Zalisk for doing such a great job in setting an example for the other members of his team. Our salesman John Cheung was not only knowledgeable but so polite and respectful and wanted us to feel comfortable in making such an important decision in buying a new vehicle. The entire process was handled so smoothly; there was no bickering over the price and no running back and forth to managers for approval. We came to a mutual agreement on the price and they were so honest and gave us the exact fair market price on our trade-in. At no point did they re-nig or change their mind on anything and above all they were NOT PUSHY. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a good experience in purchasing their next new vehicle. Ask for John Cheung, Sales Associate, and make sure you talk to Jeffrey “Norm” Zalisk, Sales Manager and you won’t have to go to any other dealership because we are sure you will get the best deal. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Doug was wonderful and patient. The finance department explained everything thoroughly and expedited the paperwork. The experience of purchasing a 2011 Camry was top notch. Our salesman, Tony Cambio, has excellent people skills. We felt no sales pressure that can be a negative experience. Tony was mentoring Antonio Z. who also made a very favorable impression in his willingness to be of assistance to us and his mentor. We did not make a purchase on the first visit but, we test drove a vehicle with the features we wanted and were quoted a purchase price. We felt the price we were quoted was fair and we returned to purchase the auto on the next business day. We are are very pleased with our purchase and the professionalism of the staff at Oakbrook Toyota. Joe Verlotta did a good job of orienting us to the technical features (navigation, radio, phone, etc) of the car. More

I purchased a new toyota highlander last night and it was truly my best experience in buying a car . I highly recommend the staff at Oakbrook Toyota . My initial visit to Oak Brook Toyota was an information seeking mission. I was in the market for a new truck and was just scoping out what was currently on the market. The salesman I was dealing with was seeking mission. I was in the market for a new truck and was just scoping out what was currently on the market. The salesman I was dealing with was Doug Macias, and I explained why I was there and that I was not yet ready to discuss pricing. Doug and I took a test drive of the Tacoma, Doug asked the questions you would expect and want a sales person to ask. No pressure, Doug was fact finding just as I was. I told Doug that I was going to check out the Nissan Frontier and decide what whether I would pursue the Tacoma or the Frontier. Doug put in the good words for the Tacoma and said he would follow up with me. I left the dealership thinking, "Decent establishment, no high pressure, I like the Tacoma, knowledgeable salesman, I can work with that". Doug followed up with me in a couple days and I told him I wasn't done checking things out, and to follow up with me in 3 or 4 days. I decided I would prefer the Tacoma over the Frontier, and I subsequently got pricing on the Tacoma from other Toyota dealers. I gave Doug a call and set up a time to come in. We worked out a deal, no high pressure, no irritating silly games. A quick visit from Art, the sales manager, solidified the deal. The visit with Gary, the finance fellow, was a breeze since dealer financing was not desired. Gary made his pitch for the extended warranty, no high pressure. Decent guy, pleasant experience. Joe, the delivery guy, went over the ins and outs of the Tacoma with me. Answered my questions and made sure that I understood I should contact him if I had any further questions. I did not trade in my current vehicle, so upon purchasing the Tacoma, I had 2 vehicles to get home, and no family or friends that were immediately available to help me out. The dealership volunteered Doug to follow me the 12 miles home, and then someone picked up Doug. Bottom line, I had a dynamite deal from another dealer, but I wanted to give Doug a shot at my business because I was impressed by my initial meeting with him. My dynamite deal was not met by Oak Brook Toyota, but they got the business because they came close enough, and Doug's selling of the dealership support made the difference. More

When I called before coming, Jada was very helpful, took my information, and had the keys to a car I was interested in ready when I arrived. She showed me several vehicles, including used versions of the ne my information, and had the keys to a car I was interested in ready when I arrived. She showed me several vehicles, including used versions of the new one I was interested in, and was informative and thorough about all of them. I felt she wanted to make sure I got the best car for my needs. She expedited the sales process, because I had a limited amount of time available. Cesar was very friendly and very professional, and worked honestly with me to come to an agreement about my trade-in and the sale price of the new Highlander I wanted. I got a good deal on a brand new car. Cesar also was very understanding of the time constraint, and made sure the process was convenient for me. When I picked up my new Highlander, Joe was very thorough in showing me how everything worked, and connected my cell phone to the car's blue tooth system. I have had a Camry for 2 years, and never connected my cell, but now I can do that one myself at home! Joe was patient with my questions, and didn't assume I knew everything from my Camry. I am glad I listened, and let him go through all the features of the Highlander. Neal was the salesperson I purchased my 2008 Camry Hybrid from, and he hung around and talked with my teenagers while I was taking care of business. We wanted to take advantage of some of the great opportunities that Toyota has been offering, so my Husband and I came in to purchase a SUV 2010. I could not decide which SUV to purchase. Mr. Alex s opportunities that Toyota has been offering, so my Husband and I came in to purchase a SUV 2010. I could not decide which SUV to purchase. Mr. Alex showed me Highlander, RAV4 and Venza. After seeing many cars designs, I was still not sure which car to purchase. Then, Alex asked me some question like how far I go to work, how many kids I have etc... After that he suggested me to buy RAV4. I wanted to buy luxurious car so, he showed car RAV4 with leather sit, Bluetooth built in, with auto starter. I did not have any reason to reject that car. Finally, I just purchased RAV4 2010. It was my 4th new vehicle through Oak Brook Toyota, and has always been more than satisfied with the dealership. Everyone at the dealership made us feel so welcomed. We always like to come to Oak Brook Toyota when we think about purchasing new car or trade in old car because we know that we are at the best place. We wanted to take advantage of some of the great opportunities that Toyota has been offering. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase the Camry, because of the amount of the trade we were incredibly up side down. Albert the Sales Manager would not allow us to leave the store empty handed; he wanted us to drive out of there with a new car! We wanted to drive out of there with a new car! He had John Cheung show us the Avalon 2010, Limited. We never thought to look at this car. What a beauty! We took it out for a test drive and it was the most comfortable ride I have probably ever experienced. I did not expect this from Toyota. I thought I could only get this kind of ride in a more expensive car. The Avalon is compatible to any high end luxury car. Everyone at the dealership made us feel so welcomed. We felt like we were their only priority; from Albert the best sales manager there is, to John the guy that sold us the car and helped us until we drove off the lot, to the finance guy, Sadi Ali and to Joe Verlotta who at 10:15 p.m. still had enough energy left to in service us about the bells and whistle of the car.
