That was the ultimate decision-maker for us. The pick up was very long -- over three hours. We wish it could have been much shorter, but it was the day after Christmas and the dealership was very busy. Not thrilled about the "principal's office" visit at the end. Not Michael's fault, who was very professional, but the add-ons felt forced and put us over our budget. The "Price" rating below is reflective of the add-ons. The dealership gave us an excellent price on our trade-in and worked with us on the lease price. More

Last year we bought our new 2016 Forester and 2016 Outback from this dealership, we were so impressed I sent a glowing letter to Mr. Yasuyuki Yoshina Last year we bought our new 2016 Forester and 2016 Outback from this dealership, we were so impressed I sent a glowing letter to Mr. Yasuyuki Yoshinaga, President & CEO Fuji Heavy Industries, in Japan, because i wanted the 'man at the top' to hear what a superb dealership this is (ask Tim to show you his copy of my letter). Tim Stewart, Mike Lomazzo, Joe Wajda, and Daniella Brisindi are the best sales team you can find. That is why we just bought a 2016 Crosstrek Limited and 2017 Outback Touring (Brown Pearl w/ Java Brown Leather ) from this team. They always go the extra mile when other dealers are trying to short change your trade-in value, as well as discounting the sticker price. This dealership does not add a bunch of stick-on crap like cheap pin stripes and door edge guards just to jack up a bogus 'Dealer Invoice Price" by $1800 bucks like the other dealers in New Jersey. I can't say enough about their professionalism, warmth, and personal touch. And yes, i will be sending Mr. Yoshinaga another letter shortly!!!! If you go there, start your experience with Tim Stewart, tell him 'Diane' sent you, then let them take care of the rest. Bring all your research, numbers, and pricing with you, I did, and they still beat my best case scenarios. Take my word for it, you will be amazed!
