This was after I made him aware of my situation where I had to get out of my current lease before I can even talk numbers. He didn't rush me out of there just because he knew he wasn't going to get the business that day, if ever. Josh took his time explaining everything to me and even ran some numbers for me knowing I was not in a position to make a deal. A week or so later, I was able to get out of my lease and of course I chose to go back to World Subaru over the multiple Subaru dealers that were closer to me and that I had visited. I gave Josh a call back, explained that I would be able to lease a Subaru, and he got back to me immediately with a great deal, and the GM, Joe Wajda, even went to great lengths to secure the color of my choice despite the only one on the lot being sold the day I called back. Today, I am a proud owner of my first Subaru, and I am so glad I gave my business to this classy World Subaru dealer. From start to finish, I was helped by honest, genuine, and competent people. He listened and made suggestions based upon my needs, and I really appreciate his time and consideration! I felt like we had known each other forever due to the friendly vibe the entire dealership provides. Joe Wajda and Michael Warnock both took amazing care of me with the financial end of the experience. Not only did get everything I wanted within my budget, but they both took the time to explain everything in language that was easy to understand and I am so thankful for that. Sales managers John Puglisi, Michael Lomazzo, and Shane Henderson all had a hand in my experience and these guys were just great to work with! They all helped me find exactly what I wanted, and we had a great time doing it. When I got the car I was blown away by how gorgeous it looked. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Forester and with the detailing by Gordo, you would have never known it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. She looks fantastic!!
