Couldn't have been better! Thank you, Joe Wajda and Girsh Berman. I'm still amazed that our experience at World Subaru was so easy and pleasant. Girsh started by asking us what Thank you, Joe Wajda and Girsh Berman. I'm still amazed that our experience at World Subaru was so easy and pleasant. Girsh started by asking us what we really wanted in our new car and what we didn't like and then he detailed our options and made sure we got exactly the car we wanted. We never felt hurried or pressured. When we came in for the second time to pick up our car, Girsh patiently went over all the options and controls and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. He patiently answered all my questions (and there were (a lot!) and assured me that I could always call him or come in again if I had any more. I feel very comfortable with my new car although this is my first Subaru. I would definitely recommend World Subaru and Girsh. More

Bought a used car and it was detailed amazingly by the time the paperwork was complete. More

Very helpful and kind I dealt with shane who was very easy to work with and accomodated every need. I drove the cars and was easy to work on a price around my budget. I kept him there past his time and we were able to close in a few hours and take the car that night. I love my var and would recommened world subaru to amyone who is looking. I looked at Lester Glenn and was basically laughed out of the store by the financial person. I am glad I gave my business to a World Subaru where I wasnt embarrased unlike Lester Glenn. More

Excellent Experience Purchasing a Subaru Forester In the car buying process, we found the World Subaru website to be a valuable reference. We found they had a large supply of Foresters to pick from. We found many members of the Subaru staff to be very friendly. Kristi was helpful as we arranged a test drive, and then, when we had a few additional items added by the Service Department, Jessica and Rudy provided excellent support. When we had one additional part to buy later, Jay in the Parts Department was very friendly and efficient. However, most of all our Sales Consultant, Dennis McWeeny, was very supportive through the entire process. He answered our many questions and helped us feel very welcome at World Subaru. We feel confident that World Subaru is going to be a dealership we can count on for excellent service in the future. More

I love my new Subaru! First let me say, this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! The dealership was so clean and easy to navigate. I had the pleasure of working with Michael in Finance and Shane in Sales, they were both wonderful and went out of their to help me. They got me the Impreza I wanted for an amazing price. They also made sure that I knew everything about the car and was comfortable. World Subaru is wonderful and I recommend anyone looking for a beautiful Subaru at a great price with a staff that knows what they are doing to stop there first. Don't waste your time at other dealerships!!! More

Great Sales guy among crooks My Salesman, Glen Miller, was AWESOME. As a previous WRX owner, I'm a car enthusiast and Glen knew exactly how to handle my new car. Called me as so My Salesman, Glen Miller, was AWESOME. As a previous WRX owner, I'm a car enthusiast and Glen knew exactly how to handle my new car. Called me as soon as the car arrived, put it away in the back so that no one would touch it, except when it had to be detailed. He made sure the front bumper was not drilled for the license plate. Experience with Glen was great! My issue is with the people in the back - Finance guy (Mike Warnock). This guy has to be one of the most dishonest people at this dealership. The guy can't be trusted, never responds to emails or phone calls unless he's hounded. He was not clear or concise when explaining the warranty during the purchase. The guy just threw numbers at me like he did with the other negative reviews posted earlier. The experience would have been better if he gave reasons as to why he was offering a service/warranty instead of just skimming through it all as fast as possible. For example, WINDOW ETCHING should not be done without the approval of the customer. I had to read through all the paper work when I got home without all the pressure. Once I was able to understand all the services/warranty I purchased, I requested to cancel a portion of the warranty (Etching/Tire Care) the following day. Conveniently enough, credit was applied at a prorated amount 2 months after the effective cancellation date, instead of the full amount from the date originally requested. I'm feeling very uneasy about going back to get service done to my car if this is the kind of treatment and experience I've had so far with this dealership. More
