Enjoyable and painless This team at this specific location understands Customer Service. I was greeted twice within 5 minutes of being in the showroom. Joe Weil took the t This team at this specific location understands Customer Service. I was greeted twice within 5 minutes of being in the showroom. Joe Weil took the time to understand my needs to ensure I was looking at the right car. During the test drive, he was proactive in addressing any questions I might have. He also made sure I really drove the car. He didn't try to force a car on me that would have given him a bigger commission and ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. When financing, he didn't force any of the options nor did the finance team member. (I don't remember his name but he was also great!) Once everything was done Joe took a significant amount of time going over a lot of the features. I can't enough say enough good things about the team at this location. Joe and team should me commended. More
