Joe Weil presented us with options and the price negotiated was agreed upon and never changed. No bait and switch! Car was delivered as agreed. Most impressive was Joe taking the time to point out and explain the various features of the car. He never rushed us, took his time, and even set up our cell phone with the entertainment system. He even pointed out some items in advance which we might have been confused about later had he not explained them. Very thorough, very patient. Didn't make us feel like he had better things to do.
