It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

I have nothing but great things to say about Butch Shearer and Henry Brown. Butch and the team went above and beyond to find the vehicle that my wife and I were looking for without the typical sales Shearer and Henry Brown. Butch and the team went above and beyond to find the vehicle that my wife and I were looking for without the typical salesman pressures and delivered on great customer service and commitment to VOC from the start. Upon vehicle delivery Butch walked us through all the vehicle functionality and assisted with all the technical accoutrements the vehicle offered. Butch made himself 100% available and transparent through and after the process. We will be sure to tell our friends and family who are in the market where they need to go to get their next vehicle. Had a wonderful experience! Jordan smith was very helpful and patient. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to talk me in to any kind of deal he listened to what I wanted and worked to get me in a truck that I wan and patient. It gets better he also over heard my boyfriend was looking for a trick and going to buy one at Ford across the street so he also helped him we went in there just looking for one truck but he brought Joe White in to assist who is a marginal worker and we left with 2 new trucks. We are very happy with the costumer service we received and the deal we got. We will continue to refer people as this was hands down the best car buying experience. When the time comes that we need new trucks again well without a doubt we know where to go. Thanks a million Jordan and Joe we appreciate you!! More
