It has always been my goal to give a different experience than your typical finance transaction. I really do ask myself what kind of experience would I want if I was buying a car. I would want low pressure, informative, fun, and above helpful. Yes my job is to sell protection but in my experience warranties usually pay for themselves after one use now that the cost of parts and labor is so high. I consider myself a true professional in the industry and work hard everyday to help not only customers but my teammates as well. That type of mentality comes from the very top and I think most people know that Henry and Mimi actually believe in taking care of the customer always and doing what is right always. I'll never leave HB GMC. Best Dealership EVER!

My initial sales experience with Gabe was great; however, I encountered discrepancies upon reaching the finance department. There was a discrepancy concerning the KARR Security price between the sales contra I encountered discrepancies upon reaching the finance department. There was a discrepancy concerning the KARR Security price between the sales contract and the estimate, and Joe included a service plan in my contract without going over pricing and asking if we wanted to finance a service plan. Furthermore, although he mentioned that six oil changes were included with the purchase, I discovered that he added four to my financing instead. I have been attempting to resolve these matters with Joe for a week, but despite leaving several voicemails and messages with Gabe, I have yet to receive a response to address these concerns. More

Blake Brown and his staff are the best team any car dealership could ever have. The level of Customer these men give is superior. This is our 5th purchase and each time I tell Blake what it is we are looking for, he and his team have always come through with the vehicle we wanted. I used be a Dodge kind of guy, but now I am totlt sold on GMC products. The service department at Brown GMC is also excellent and I do all my service needs here without exception.
