Professional and Thorough After viewing the Garavel Subaru website, we found a 2014 Subaru Legacy that caught our attention. We dropped by to see the car but it was unavailable After viewing the Garavel Subaru website, we found a 2014 Subaru Legacy that caught our attention. We dropped by to see the car but it was unavailable at the time. Came back the next day and were greeted by Joe Wiatryzk. He was very professional and "down to earth" at the same time. He showed us the Legacy as well a few other models we inquired about. We test drove the car and were extremely pleased with it. It was not a difficult decision to make after much research before hand and the information Joe was able to provide about the car and Subaru in general. We were pleased to make arrangements to pick up the car one week later. After all the paperwork was done, Joe took us out and explained exactly how to operate the vehicle/what all the bells and whistles did/and helped begin set up of the hands free blue tooth feature. This was our first Subaru experience and we highly recommend Joe and this dealership. More

A+ experience! The best dealership! Highly recommend! I already knew and loved Subaru, having owned my previous Forester for the past 7 years, so I knew this was the car I wanted. What I wasn't sure about was which dealership I would work with to get my new Forester. Once I got to Garavel, I was instantly sure this was the right place. Everybody was very knowledgable and friendly. They worked to help me get the exact car I wanted at a price I was happy with. They also accommodated my complicated schedule with a young baby, full time job and the fact that my husband and I live in a different state from Connecticut. Elvin gave me his cellphone number so I could easily text him questions when they occurred to me and he called me back right away as well. Joe and Elvin were reachable by email easily as well. Miles and Tom are also really first rate-- they have a knack for explaining things simply and they work to get you happy with the all-important financial part of the transaction. We also love Miles' mastiff. She's gorgeous. You can't find a better car than a Subaru, and I really think you also can't find a better Subaru dealer than Garavel! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!! We love our new Forester!! More

Unbelievably unprofessional sales person A few weeks ago I walked into Garavel dealership for test drive my first Subaru ever. Joe was absolutely unprofessional sales person that I have to de A few weeks ago I walked into Garavel dealership for test drive my first Subaru ever. Joe was absolutely unprofessional sales person that I have to deal with in my 20 years of buying a brand new cars. He never explained me anything of what Subaru is all about. And me being professional in this field ( 4 years in army in auto division) his behave was really shocking. By the end of test drive after I told him my opinion about Subaru (crosstrek) he never showed an interest to show me another model, and eventually advised me that Subaru is not my kind of car and I should go and check out different cars. Or do what I want to do but not disturbing him in yearly in the morning (around 10:30 am). Likely for me I did listen to his advise and purchased a week ago a brand new Buick Encore that I am really happy about. And also another car dealer gave me $1500 more for my old car as trade value then people in this placed were given to me. To conclude my review, please go to another dealership and don't waste your time. Jake More
