I found a couple dings on my new car (27miles when purchased) and mentioned this before leaving the lot. I live 60 miles away so they scheduled for the issues to be fixed - I showed up and left my car purchased) and mentioned this before leaving the lot. I was told nothing was done and that there was a communication issue between shops. Joe allowed me to vent my frustration and was motivated to help me. I was upset because I scheduled the appointment well in advance and was told it would only take a few days. Unfortunately I needed my car that weekend so I had to make the trip to get it and make another appointment to drop it off once more. Despite all of the hiccups, I will say that the managers Joe and Valcon were very eager to help and were apologetic. On my next drop off, it went more smoothly and I got my car back within a few days with everything done as promised. As for my purchasing process, memo made it go smoothly and was very easy to talk to. More

Bought a truck out the door $85k in December 2020. 5 days after I returned to get the paint protection and undercoating done. Turns out they rear ended someone and didn’t tell me. I got a phone call from the cops to come pick up my license plate. Also they put a scratch in it. They kept jerking me around so I finally called Jeremy stasek. He told me come in Monday and come see him he will be in all day. I go in on Monday and he isn’t even there. All I get is joe the body shop manager who I’ve brought the truck back to 3 times to fix the scratch and it’s still there and joe from the body shop and joe the accessories guy stopped responding to my phone calls or text messages. It’s now been over a year since they have damaged my truck. I live 45 minutes away and have driven there like 6 times from this issue. So I’m the end I paid $85 for a truck with 2 police reports on it and a scratch in the bed of the truck. Jeremy stasek is the worst owner out there. Doesn’t care about his customers at all. Will let everyone I know to never shop here and I will also never shop here again More
