The last two times my vehicle was in for repair, I was extremely overcharged (about double the price I was told each time), I was refunded once and then I caught the overcharge the second time right befor extremely overcharged (about double the price I was told each time), I was refunded once and then I caught the overcharge the second time right before I paid and it was corrected but it’s unsettling knowing this has happened twice in a row. There’s rarely ever a loaner vehicle available which is extremely inconvenient considering I have three kids and a full time job so on top of paying to service my vehicle, I have to come out of pocket for a rental when Chevy has my vehicle for more than a day. More
