I had never worked with Crestmont Hyundai before and just unexpectedly stopped by when I started looking at different brands and models to replace my current car. Came back a few days later for another test drive and was very impressed with the product, the sales representative and dealership. These guys made the selling experience very easy, quick and transparent! No pressure at all and I received what I thought was a very good price. Sales representative was Joe Yun -- very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. He was not a high-pressure, you-have-to-buy-right-now kind of guy. If he was (or if anybody was) I would have immediately walked. He went over and above to make sure things went well before, during, and even after the sale to see how things were going and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Also helped me get connected to service and get some unexpected key issues resolved. Brendan Flynn in service was very helpful, friendly and responsive in getting final service completed in a timely manner. From at least my experience, I would certainly give them a look and a try. More
