Very conscientious and excellent followup Came up to CT from NJ to look at a used "loaner" 2017 mini cooper countryman. Barbara sent a car to pick me up at the train station. Joe and Barbara worked with me to get me a great price. They even arranged for me to drive the car home as a loaner given that it was too late to deal with finance and insurance. I came back up a couple days later and they were ready with new side mirrors and all the paperwork and even washed the car again for me. A few days later, Barbara called to see how the click n drive was working (as it wasn't working at first). When I told her it stopped working again, she called my local mini dealership and helped to setup a service call for me. Great experience all around More

Barbara was very knowledge I visited three Mini dealerships in my search for a Mini Cooper and Mini of Fairfield County was outstanding to work with. Barbara was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and let me take my time driving and looking over all the cars. This was not your typical "hard sell".... she honestly wanted me to be happy and went out of her way to do whatever it took (including missing out on her afternoon tennis because I was delayed in traffic one day!). In the end I purchased my vehicle at another dealership (only because they had the exact car I wanted), but I would have been very happy to give Barbara my business. I highly recommend her and the entire dealership to anyone in the market for a Mini. More

I live 200 miles from the dealership so her communications skills were definitely important. She respected my time and didn't make me drive there for unnecessary visits. Once we found the car I liked, she tee'd everything up for me and the car was ready and the transaction was quick. She followed up to see how everything was going and I am happy because a feel I received a fair deal. Very happy. More

I recently purchased a CPO 2014 Cooper S Convertible from MINI of Fairfield. + Carol Moore, our sales agent, was a pleasure to deal with. Her expertise, ease, and patience were all greatly appreciated. After road testing a bunch of vehicles, we found one my wife and I fell in love with. We bought it and brought it back to NY to get registered. We learned that the registration requirements in NY State are different than those in CT. + In working through the registration process, Max Deselin, the finance manager we worked with to finalize the sale stepped up to help us out, going well beyond his role (in a very positive way). Max's professionalism was demonstrated by his steady and friendly approach to helping us work through the process. + Max connected us with Joe Zappula, the General Sales Manager. Sensing my concern about the process, Joe assured me simply that "he would make it right." I was assured by that. + Joe and I met with Stephen Parrett, the General Service Manager. On a hand shake, Joe and Stephen repeated their commitment to get the car registered in NY State "no matter what." To help make things happen, I left the car with them and got an awesome (totally badass) 2016 Cooper S to use in the interim. Yesterday, I got my car back--delivered to my house, detailed, with a full tank of gas, the inspection papers on the seat, and the sticker in the window. Awesome. Thank you, MINI of Fairfield team. I'm back in the driver's seat and ready to roll! More
