Great Experience at Mini of Fairfield County! We decided to travel over 2 hours (about 100 miles) from NY to shop for our Mini, as no closer dealer had the amount of used Minis in their inventory We decided to travel over 2 hours (about 100 miles) from NY to shop for our Mini, as no closer dealer had the amount of used Minis in their inventory or pricing that Mini of Fairfield had. We're so glad we made the trip! It was a busy Saturday when we arrived, and we were running late for our appointment so Barbara was with another client, but others quickly stepped in to ensure we could test drive the vehicles we came to see. By the afternoon, we'd met with both Barbara and her manager, Joe, and fully worked out a deal for the Mini we loved! We also spoke to Max, the Business Manager that day to get things in order for the pickup, and also worked with him when we returned the following Saturday to pick up our car. Barbara, Joe, and Max were all friendly, helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. We'd definitely recommend that anyone looking for a Mini, near or far, new or used, visit this dealership. It's worth the journey! More

The Nicest People to Buy a Car From. I long as I can remember, I have always loved the look of MINI Coopers. My husband decided after hearing me talk about Coopers, and the fact that my 5 I long as I can remember, I have always loved the look of MINI Coopers. My husband decided after hearing me talk about Coopers, and the fact that my 5 year old Hyundai Tuscon was on a decline, that we should go down and take a look. We got paired with Antonio Silva who is by far the nicest and sweetest car sales man you could ever met. He let us go for a test drive with the Countryman and I absolutely fell in love. Now that I knew what I wanted (and technically needed) in a new car, my biggest challenge was picking a color. Antonio walked me through as many color combinations as possible. He never rushed me, he even walked me around the parking lot to show me what each Blue looked like and what the Silver car looked like in real life. What the car would look like with Silver tires rather than black tires. He was extremely patient especially when I kept changing my mind about the color I wanted. When we finalized on Silver, he looked and located the car I wanted up in Boston. We just needed to put it on a flat bed to White Plains and have someone drive it over. When it came to trade in my Hyundai in, there were some issues from the previous sale of the car that we were never aware of. Antonio's manager Joe worked with us and a dealership to work through the previous issues with the Tuscon. He helped to get us the best deal for our trade in. Again, they never made us feel rushed or that we were at fault. They discussed the different ways that we could trade our car in and get the car I wanted while keeping my payments similar in comparison. They handled my anxiety through out the entire process professionally and personally which made me realize that we made the right choice in coming here to get a new car. I really could not be happier with my purchase of my new MINI. I love Tilly and am extremely appreciative to Antonio and Joe for assisting us throughout the way. More

Superior purchasing experience! I recently purchased a 2016 Countryman for my daughter from Carol Moore. Other dealers (Mazda) had inferior products or (Audi) were rude and dismissi I recently purchased a 2016 Countryman for my daughter from Carol Moore. Other dealers (Mazda) had inferior products or (Audi) were rude and dismissive. Carol made us feel like we were the 2 most important people that she had to talk to that day. She provided 2 test drives, answered all our questions and made the ordering process simple. She even gave us the info needed to track the car carrier across the Atlantic. Joe made the delivery process easy, didn't pressure me & (most importantly) treated me like an intelligent adult. In my experience, Mini of Fairfield County (and BMW of Darien) make the car buying process simple & start from the viewpoint that we are all intelligent adults, NOT a quality shared by the large majority of other dealers! Next car purchase will be from Carol!! More

My wife was shopping for a new car. She has always been jealous of my Mini. We went to Mini of Westchester and had a horrible experience with one of the sales staff there. In short, he treated my wife in such a condescending manner that I was ready to sell my car and never deal with Mini again. I reconsidered and decided to take my business to the Mini of Fairfield County, and I am glad that I did. Barbara Reiniger was an absolute pleasure to work with. She treated us wonderfully and she worked with Joe Zappulla to get us the car and the deal that we wanted. Thanks to Barbara and Joe’s excellent team-work, we are now a Two-Mini family. Thanks again. Amazing Experience! Two weeks ago I turned in my BMW 750 LI and decided to look into a Mini Cooper I started researching online. After 2 days I knew exactly what I wanted Two weeks ago I turned in my BMW 750 LI and decided to look into a Mini Cooper I started researching online. After 2 days I knew exactly what I wanted. A John cooper works, manual in rebel green with a red roof. So I called a few of my local dealers. One dealer tried talking me out of the vehicle due to availability. The other said I would have to order the car and that would take 6-8 weeks to get a vehicle. This was too long of a wait, I wanted the car now. I called probably 15 dealerships with no luck until I called Mini or Fairfield County. I was transferred to Barbara her energy was amazing she spoke about the car as if she had one on the floor. I was prepared to drive from Old Bridge NJ to Darien CT that day. She explained the vehicle wasn't available at her location but she would check with her manager Joe Zappulla to see if he could locate a vehicle for me. With-in minutes I received a call back from Barbara with great news. They located a vehicle over 300 miles away in buffalo NY. I placed the ordered with Barbara and with-in a week the vehicle was flat bedded to the dealership. I went yesterday to pick up my car, everything was prepared and ready. I Just Keep Coming Back For More I just took delivery of my third MINI. I just love these cars. However, more than that, I love the process of buying them. When you receive personal, I just took delivery of my third MINI. I just love these cars. However, more than that, I love the process of buying them. When you receive personal, honest and prompt attention from a salesperson like I did from Carol Moore, it makes you wonder if other dealerships can provide such service. Well I may wonder but I will never find out. I will only buy my cars from MINI of Fairfield County. Although the folks at MINI of Fairfield County will never tell me, I know I am a pest. I do things my way. I experiment a lot with different parts and set-ups on my car. I like to customize but I only want to use factory parts. It may be much more expensive that way but I know I only get the best parts for my car and I also get the best attention by dealing with "my parts guy", Barry Gordon. I am like a fly buzzing around this guy's face, asking him for these tires or that air scoop or how much a stock valve cover will cost me. I haven't even heard him sigh in frustration and he always comes thru with what I want. I love my cars and I insist on only the best for them and the Service Department at MOFC has always been the best at giving my cars the best. John Corcoran is my most frequent service advisor and he is a joy to deal with. I never like leaving my car for service, regardless of whether for repair or maintenance, but John always goes out of his way to ensure I have as pleasant experience as possible. Now that I have written it here, I can imagine these folks getting together by the Keurig machine and rolling their eyes as they share Brad Moroni stories. We looked online at Audi TTs and a number of other cars but were attracted by the various features of a MINI. Barbara Reiniger of MINI of Fairfield County responded to our inquiry instantly and she totally sold us on a MINI. She was the perfect salesperson. No pressure. Incredibly easy to work with. Totally knowledgeable about all the potential features. AND she got us the price we were willing to pay. How much more could you ask for? This dealership has so many classy features. While these may be "baby BMWs", the experience I had at Mini was in line with the experience I've had at BMW dealers in the past - which is high praise. The car itself (a 2013 Mini Cooper s hardtop) is fantastic as well and greatly exceeded my expectations for a car in this price range (sub $20k used). This won't be my last mini! More
