I was stuck in the dealership for 4 hours I spoken to the salesperson ahead of time I had filled out applications ahead of time and when I got there I was stuck there for 4 hours. They kept pushing additiona salesperson ahead of time I had filled out applications ahead of time and when I got there I was stuck there for 4 hours. They kept pushing additional warranties on me and no matter how often I said no it was like good cop bad cop I would say no to the sales rep he get up and leave a few minutes later here would be the Financial Manager doing the same sale this went on and on they would not give me a contract to sign and I finally agreed to Gap care and LoJack they told me I had no choice about the LoJack because it was already installed in the car and they could not take it out. I knew that was not true that the price I was given online included everything in the vehicle CD player hello Jack whatever but they wanted me to buy the extended warranty on the low Jack when I finally said okay they gave me my contract to sign. The next morning I emailed them and told them to remove it from my contract that I told them multiple times I did not want it and the only reason I took it it was because I had been there for 4 hours and I wanted to go home. I emailed the sales rep and the financing manager it had been less than 24 hours and the law allows you to change your mind within 24 hours of a sale. They did not answer my emails I finally had to get online and search for the owner and CEO of Eastern automotive. I sent him a copy of the emails and the situation I was put into. I also called the company that was financing my vehicle and told them I did not want those things as part of my contract and they said they would not pay the dealer until I was happy. The owner right away within a minute of receiving my email responded he would take care of this right away. I appreciate the owners quickness and resolving this what I don't appreciate is the sales rep and the financial rep holding someone at a location for 4 hours it should not take this long to buy a car where you had already filled out all the paperwork online it was just a matter of a test drive running through credit check and finally signing my contract it doesn't take 4 hours. In the end they sent me a new contract overnight that had removed the LoJack and GAP service. This is my second time buying a car from Eastern automotive. The first time was approximately 4 years ago and it was a pleasant Speedy experience. That is the reason why I came back to them this second time. However the sales rep and financial team had changed over the four years. If I knew it was going to be like this I would have chosen another dealer. So my recommendation is if the sales rep or the financial rep pushes these additional warranties that you do not want ask for the name of the owner and a telephone number for the owner if they try to hold you hostage for 4 hours just agree and the next day put it in writing you want it removed. More

We were treated extremely well by everyone at Easterns. Zee, Joel & Katherine explained everything they were doing each step of the way in the process.
