Matt Needle and Joel Capaz went over and above exceeding our expectations. My husband and I visited the dealership to service our 2020 Volvo XC40 T5, with no intention of upgrading to a newer model. While w our expectations. My husband and I visited the dealership to service our 2020 Volvo XC40 T5, with no intention of upgrading to a newer model. While we were waiting, Joel, who was the initial salesperson, and Matt were asked several questions about the 2023 Volvo XC40 B4 model that was in the showroom. After speaking to them and completing a short test drive, the decision was easy for us to upgrade to the newer model. They were both courteous, professional and knowledgeable regarding the Volvo brand. If you want a Volvo, you would be CRAZY to go to any other dealership. I know I'll be back in 5 years and that's more because of the staff than the car.
