I reported a coolant leak to Toyota of McKinney before my vehicle reached 100,000 miles, but the dealership failed to perform a proper diagnostic inspection. Because of this oversight, the issue was not addressed until after my car exceeded the warranty threshold. I was told the repair will not be covered, even though I raised the concern well in advance. This is not a lapse on my part—it is a failure by the dealership to diagnose a safety-related condition. My teen daughter drives this vehicle to Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches and frequently drives this vehicle home to McKinney. Her SAFETY HAS BEEN JEOPARDIZED BY THIS NEGLIGENCE. More

Ruban was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at. He made the vehicle trade in process a breeze with absolutely no pressure to buy anything from him/toyota. By the time we are all done and my new vehicle was ready for me to drive off the lot, we said our see you laters and my son mentioned he had a great time and will miss hanging out with him. Overall a wonderful experience for the whole family. The dealership its self is always clean and has super friendly staff members! If you go in to look for a new vehicle I recommend asking for Ruban!
