Explained a lot about the car before, during test drive and also about the paperwork process. It was long process to buy the car, when hours pass by hunger kicks in and promises of next 5-10 minutes for another step were keeping us from leaving to get some food and back when all is ready. We spend 5 hours total and we are happy with the choice. The deal was great and only that kept us in this long process - you only buy car once per 5-10 years. More
