I have been a customer with the dealership since 2000 when it was first the Sprigfield Auto Outlet, now Conicelli. Joel Morales has been my salesman since then. I have leased a Toyota Camry 2000, 2003, 2 when it was first the Sprigfield Auto Outlet, now Conicelli. Joel Morales has been my salesman since then. I have leased a Toyota Camry 2000, 2003, 2006, 2008, 2011 and now 2013. I'm still waiting for my chance to win and/or receive my free car. Joel is extremely helpful and his professionalism is beyond par. This was my second car purchase and still he never disappoints and quickly met my expectations. There was an issue with the vehicle upo beyond par. This was my second car purchase and still he never disappoints and quickly met my expectations. There was an issue with the vehicle upon delivery which required a visit to their service department. Since I badly needed the vehicle the following day, instead of waiting for them to check what's wrong and fix the problem, Joel immediately asked to replace the vehicle with the same model and options. So that night, I drove home worry free and pleased with the outstanding service. More

My experience at Conicelli was excellent and efficient. Joel, my salesperson, was most helpful and very well informed about the products he sells.
