Unlike most dealers where the salesman hovers over you and talks about a variety of topics usually involving a made-up previous owner of the vehicle, the staff at Pigg set back and let us look and tinker without interference getting us the keys for multiple vehicles and letting us know just to waive one of them down if we had questions. The test drive was completely on our own with no employees, and when we went to discuss, they printed us out all of the numbers for the vehicle and our trade in writing with all the prices up front to take with us - there was no pressure to stay or to 'finish the deal'. Over the next few days, there was no pesky calls everyday. When we did manage to find one vehicle that was comparable and price dropped (due to Coronavirus restrictions), Pigg beat the deal immediately over email without quibble. We let them know what time we would be back and all the paperwork was arranged including multiple financing options that were below our pre-approved terms. This was the best, no pressure, experience we have ever had. I am glad we could give them our business More

Joel was not only professional and friendly, but extremely helpful, providing me with not only a CARFAX but additional information on the vehicle, past history, and had my trade-in evaluated while I took the vehicle for a test drive. When I returned, he found the best financing for me, a great offer on the vehicle and trade in offer, and Pat in Finance prepared the paperwork, and in about an hour I was on the road with my new vehicle.
