We had had a great experience with Pigg several years ago with our first purchase from them, so they were one of the first dealers we looked at. They had a number of cars in our price range to choose from. Upon arrival, we decided we didn't like our first choice as much as we had hoped. We wound up looking at a variety of different cars, different brands, all within our budget, before settling on our choice. Jerrod was extremely polite and helpful, even though he got a workout going to get different keys. We've now bought a second car from them, and have no problem giving them a great recommendation. Great No Pressure Experience Beating All Prices Cannot say enough about the experience especially considering that we have purchased cars in 7 different States with this being the best experience to Cannot say enough about the experience especially considering that we have purchased cars in 7 different States with this being the best experience to date. Unlike most dealers where the salesman hovers over you and talks about a variety of topics usually involving a made-up previous owner of the vehicle, the staff at Pigg set back and let us look and tinker without interference getting us the keys for multiple vehicles and letting us know just to waive one of them down if we had questions. The test drive was completely on our own with no employees, and when we went to discuss, they printed us out all of the numbers for the vehicle and our trade in writing with all the prices up front to take with us - there was no pressure to stay or to 'finish the deal'. Over the next few days, there was no pesky calls everyday. When we did manage to find one vehicle that was comparable and price dropped (due to Coronavirus restrictions), Pigg beat the deal immediately over email without quibble. We let them know what time we would be back and all the paperwork was arranged including multiple financing options that were below our pre-approved terms. This was the best, no pressure, experience we have ever had. I am glad we could give them our business More
