Great customer service by Joel Ramirez. Our only issue with Joel was that he said we would have to wait till we went to finance to go over the final numbers. I thought ok…??? My husband so Our only issue with Joel was that he said we would have to wait till we went to finance to go over the final numbers. I thought ok…??? My husband sold cars for a while so we know it is a numbers game, so I was ok with waiting to hear a final number until we went to finance for whatever reason, (where we could still back out of the deal). However when we got to finance, James Morrow started going over paper work and explaining everything (like we were already buying the car) without going over the final numbers for the car. When I asked what the cost was, he very rudely pointed at the paper and said, “It’s right there!!!” And he continued looking at his computer. His rude demeanor was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I said, “Is there a reason you don’t want to tell us the price of the car?!?!!” Had my son and I not already decided to take the car, we would’ve got up and walked out. His rudeness continued until he realized we were not going to argue over the price. (Which he never went over at all!) I would not deal with him again. The car is nice. My son is very happy. Everyone else at the dealership was great! Great customer service department too! Very professional! More

Tony is phenomenal and a gentleman. He did not judge and was not harsh . He did a work up in my 2018 Nissan Rogue silver . Even though my warranty doesn’t cover the break pad. Most of the staff there are friendly and professional with great customer service, specially Joel from sales department and James from finance/management. I went there to have my car serviced and ended u with great customer service, specially Joel from sales department and James from finance/management.
