The sales person Jon Mandich was professional, patient, and helpful from the get go. He laid out everything which was transmitted in e-mails and through on line autos we saw. He did not try to persuade us to buy 'up'.They gave us every discount they could and when we found another after paperwork almost approved, Jon went to work and got us the GM Credit Card discount also. Jon answered all questions we had and was friendly and professional throughout the entire sales presentation. When we went to sign papers, Joel Rangel talked us through this and explained everything clearly. He did not try to pressure us to purchase extra options but did explain each in detail. Fast, courteous, and respectful! I purchased a car site unseen from an online site. Zach was the salesperson that helped me. Zach picked me up from the airport in the car and we talked about the car on the drive back to the dealership answering any questions I had. Turned a bad situation into a good one We had been working with another dealership for a few days trying to buy a Chevy Traverse.
