We found Bart to be extremely knowledgable about electric cars and the lifestyle that goes along with owning them. He was great fun and it was a delight to get all my questions answered! Most dealerships are lax in their knowledge of the product they are selling and it was refreshing to have an informed purchase! Plus, you guys had the vehicle we were wanting and we did not have to compromise. Bart was intellectually on my wavelength when it comes to future technologies and the need to find alternative energy sources to fuel the future with less impact on the environment. It was fun to buy a Bolt from someone who is really into electric cars like us! It was a great experience and we never felt pushed to buy, but allowed to make that decision on our own. Will highly recommend Bart to some of our friends who are considering a Bolt! (Our Volt was breast cancer badged which we liked!) More

2015 Silverado LTZ Z71 - Jon Mandich Emich was one of the first places I looked for a replacement to my 2007 Silverado because I had a great experience with Emich about 7 years ago when I Emich was one of the first places I looked for a replacement to my 2007 Silverado because I had a great experience with Emich about 7 years ago when I bought 2 trucks from them on the same day. One of those trucks was an unexpected find while buying the first one and the folks at Emich were great then, as they were yesterday! The truck I bought was advertised on their website with an asking price below just about every single online pricing tool I could find. I went over in the morning on Black Friday and understandably they were pretty busy. The salesman, Jon Mandich, actually called a client that had a scheduled appointment and rescheduled for me on the spot. The truck was in outstanding condition like the previous ones I'd bought and again, was priced below just about every pricing tool on the internet. Working the deal with Jon was very straightforward. He's a very personable guy and despite indicating that some of my offers were not likely to be accepted, agreed to take them to the manager on the "you don't know until you ask" approach. In the end, they did offer me a returning customer discount. I would highly recommend Jon as your salesman because he is great to work with and won't pull any punches or play any games when negotiating.with you. Joel Rangel in Finance was also great to work with. I already had great financing with my bank that included an extended warranty that Emich wasn't able to match. Joel offered to see if they could bet me both better financing and extended warranty and when I told him I was comfortable with my arrangements and shared some of the details, agreed it was more than likely better than he could provide. No pressure or hard sell at all. Again, another very personable guy on the Emich staff and I would recommend him without reservation, if nothing else, for the fact that he listened, offered options and accepted my decision. The only negative thing I can say about this whole deal was that my bank required me to come to the branch to close the paperwork. I live in Parker, so driving back and forth resulted in the whole deal taking a bit more time than I expected. If I hadn't had to do that, I would have been in and out of there in a remarkably short period of time even though Emich was all but being overrun with Black Friday shoppers. Lastly, I was in an Enterprise rental car and having an Enterprise office right there on the lot was about as convenient as it could get for me, especially since I already had to drive back and forth because of the bank. Perhaps just coincidental but a big and very convenient coincidence for me. I have and will continue to recommend Emich Chevrolet in Lakewood for buying a used Chevy. I haven't bought a new vehicle there but would imagine it would similarly easy and stress free. Definitely give them a chance to earn your business. Having a great experience across the span of 7 yrs and 2 different salesmen and finance guys speaks volumes of their philosophy of customer service. Thank you Jon and Joel!
