Great experience!!! I never had a good experience in buying a vehicle until now!!! Everyone at the Emich Chevrolet center was absolutely incredible especially Hamid an I never had a good experience in buying a vehicle until now!!! Everyone at the Emich Chevrolet center was absolutely incredible especially Hamid and Joel (finance). Hamid and Joel made us feel like we knew them forever as a friend or family member. They listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. The dealing was very easy and I was ready to sign the paperwork and drive off with my new truck very quickly. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a new Chevy vehicle to go to Emich. I would recommend dealing with any sales consultant at Emich but I have to give Hamid the highest recommendation. My dealing with Hamid specifically was 5 star and he was on my side the entire time getting me the deal and payments I was looking for. Easy to talk to, listened well, understood my needs I walked into the dealership not quite sure what I wanted, which I knew was unusual for a Corvette buyer. But Nathan made it easy for me to think out loud with him, with my wife, and by myself. Lucky and the others in "the bullpen" were friendly and patient with me as I weighed the pros and cons. Joel in finance was like running into an old friend. We conducted the entire transaction in Spanish, at my request. And I went home with some delicious Mexican food! I walked in thinking only of consigning my '91 Vette. I came out with a new 2018 Stingray. The most important part of the purchase, the tenor of the relationship between buyer and seller, was the best part about the guys I dealt with at Emich. I'll be dropping by now and then just to let them know how much I love my new Vette. More

The one thing that elevated this experience from my previous was the fantastic salesman I worked with Bart Johnson. In the past my salesman at Emich have been, well, stereotypical car salesman. Bart, however was a true professional, who met deadlines and was in all cases punctual. He took all my requests to the "Finance Gods" whether it was a crazy ask or not, and in the down time that all car deals have he provided good conversation to pass the time. Wanted to throw in a good word for Joel over in finance as well, same as Bart, another professional. This is what you should get when spending tens of thousands of dollars All in all this is what I will expect from Emich from here on out now that I know it's possible, and as long as Bart is slinging Silverados, I know who I am going to request.
