That's some fantastic customer service that is appreciated! I also commend Trey McNabb for following up with me (a previously disgruntled customer that was really frustrated and upset) so soon afterwatd to ensure that everything was correct and I was happy. Very upset I've used this dealership before Stan McNabb took over and it was very professional. Since taking over I've had small problems from tire sensors not b I've used this dealership before Stan McNabb took over and it was very professional. Since taking over I've had small problems from tire sensors not being reprogrammed to brakes grinding after they've replaced. I dont let the small things bother me but this last time bringing in my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was very upsetting none the less. After dropping my vehicle off I came back after it was finished and before I even opened my driver side door I noticed scratches on the rear driver side door! After I went in to talk the manager it seemed to have little effect and he acted like there was nothing he could do besides wax it. Of course the scratches never came out and then he said he would just give me some touch up paint. It felt like he was pointing his finger toward me like I would purposely scratch my own vehicle that I work hard for! Once i left the dealership i seen it as a done deal and if he wanted to do more he would have told me before I left how it could be fixed and therefore I will probably never bring mine and my wife's vehicle to this dealership again. More

Bad service My husband took my car there to have the oil changed on his lunch break less than a month ago. Called before hand and asked how long it would take? Th My husband took my car there to have the oil changed on his lunch break less than a month ago. Called before hand and asked how long it would take? They said 30 to 45 minutes. He sat there for an 1 hour 30 minutes. Finally he got up and went out there to ask what's taking so long. They had my car parked out in the parking lot done but they forgot to come get him. Also tried to over charge him after they quoted a different price on the phone. We won't be back! More

Worst service ever!! Zero stars on it all! Will not go back EVER! Rude and didn’t care what I said was wrong with my car. Told me I had no leak but yet my car with 4000 mi Zero stars on it all! Will not go back EVER! Rude and didn’t care what I said was wrong with my car. Told me I had no leak but yet my car with 4000 miles on it was leaving dime size to half dollar size transmission fluid in my garage floor. Joel told me to put a piece of cardboard down on a leak they couldn’t find!! More

Very Poor Customer Service My experience was poor. I will not return, though they did not charge me for some of the work because of my bad experience. I would have rather paid t My experience was poor. I will not return, though they did not charge me for some of the work because of my bad experience. I would have rather paid twice as much for good service, quality work, and honest, trustworthy handling of my situation at the beginning than receive free work and have the experience I had, not to mention the conflicts with Joel and having to grow exhausted in explaining the grievance . Patrick started the work order just fine, and so I did not start out with any warning signs, but then everything went down hill and I ended up having to go to Brian, the manager to address the issue. He offered some work at cost, which I was grateful, but not my goal. Even after this, the job I asked for was not done and I had to return the vehicle, due to poor communication skills by Joel. I received some of the work for free, but I did not go into this shop looking for a handout. I just wanted to have honest, quality work done and people return my calls in a timely manner. I had to repeatedly call back. I also explained to them that I had considered trading my truck in, but that I would not trust them for a sale. I am new to the area and made the wrong decision to trust the dealership as the best option. I should have shopped around, but I was sending my son in the truck back to school and did not have time to shop thoroughly. As I told Joel, upon leaving the shop, he needed to learn how to talk less and listen to the customer, and it would be better for everyone. I hope they will learn from my situation because I am sure a business cannot succeed with doing free work, and that is unfortunate. More
