Haley, I spoke with you when you picked it up. We both looked under the car that afternoon and there was not a leak. I offered to keep your vehicle a couple of days and I would personally drive it and look at it myself. Unfortunately, you decided not to leave it. Joel suggested to place a piece of cardboard under the vehicle, so that we could locate where the vehicle was leaking since it was not when we looked at it. We all strive to take care of every customer- that is our goal. I am sorry that we let you down. Sincerely, Trey McNabb, General Manager

There was no leak because the cars motor was cold and which was cleaned to appear it had no leak. Funny I took pictures of the undercarriage and it clearly showed a leak which I showed you remember and you agreed that was not normal!! Your right I didn’t leave my car with you nor will I ever!! Joel did tell me to put a piece of cardboard down but not to see where the leak was “it was so it won’t be on my garage floor”. My point is I had pictures and even offered to show him where the leak was but he didn’t seem to care. He didn’t even say anything about the leak when he called to tell me my car was ready. I had to ask him and then he stuttered and said no leak. But as you should know I did have a leak and Walker took care of me as they always do. My mistake for coming to such rude service and just wow to the respond to make yourself look good on your review for the public to see!! Funny how Walker checked it out and seen the leak right off the bat and your people didn’t!! I shouldn’t have to put a piece of cardboard down on a BRAND NEW CAR that only has 4000 miles!! Your people should of done a better job the first time and none of this would of happened!! Your strive for making your dealership to look good on the internet and surface when it’s a huge joke!! News flash it’s a small town and people talk!!
