The second I walk into the building, I feel very much like part of the crew. I trust these guys with all of my vehicle needs. Whether its service or it's time to get a new ride, I will always go see these guys. No pressure, not pushy, very laid back, but they know details on almost every vehicle on the lot new or used. Once they know you're interested, they do a great job of making sure they are answering all your questions, but they also aren't pushy at all. Definitely an all star team for McKenzie Buick GMC. I was pleased that they didn't try to talk us into a more expensive vehicle as some salespersons would. They were both respectful of our time and spoke to both me and my husband. That's a biggie for me! In the past, there have been other salespersons that would only speak to the male person that was with me and I was totally ignored! That was the moment I left the dealership and moved on to purchase elsewhere. TOTALLY NOT THE CASE at McKenzie! My husband and I BOTH were treated with respect and that's HUGE! Thanks Guys! I decided on the new 2023 Buick Envision Avenair and I am not disappointed! This car is loaded with all of the cool features and options. I had reservations about the 2.0L engine but after taking a 4 hour ro not disappointed! This car is loaded with all of the cool features and options. I had reservations about the 2.0L engine but after taking a 4 hour road trip and experiencing the performance, I am very happy with it. The large display on the dash, the huge back up camera, the moon roof, the heated and air conditioned seats- are just a few of the reasons I love this car.
