Making a service call gone bad, right again After making an appointment for an oil/oil filter change and a tire rotation, I arrived and waited and left within 1 1/2 hrs. without my car being tou After making an appointment for an oil/oil filter change and a tire rotation, I arrived and waited and left within 1 1/2 hrs. without my car being touched. I had another appointment to attend. I live 50 min. away. I spoke with the service manager about my experience and how I didn’t have time to bring my car back for awhile. Curt had someone get my car the next day and left a car for me to drive. My car was serviced without my leaving home. I am appreciative of their customer service. My “bad” experience was washed away. More

Seriously, I appreciate the stra My CRV always seems "happier" after visiting Milton Martin Honda. Everyone treats it so nicely, and its owner, too! Seriously, I appreciate the straightforward honesty of being told what truly needs to be done right away, and what can wait - all with explanations I can understand. I get the sense that everyone there actually wants to do the best for my car - as they would caring for their own vehicles, and that's quite confidence-building. Plus they're all very pleasant, fun folks. And not to forget the great lounge areas which make even the waiting enjoyable. More

IT WAS AMAZING TOOK IN IN FOR TIRE ROTATE AND ENDED UP BRING BACK FOR A MOTOR MOUNT TO MY SURPRISE IOT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT IMEDIATLY. Excellent service. I needed work done on my Civic quickly so my granddaughter could take the car back to college. The service reps arraigned to expedite the repair.
