Can’t say enough BAD things about this dealership. Can’t get any respect from any of them and when you reach out to a superior about an issue you never hear anything back. To me that means you don’t have th get any respect from any of them and when you reach out to a superior about an issue you never hear anything back. To me that means you don’t have the guts or dignity to admit your faults. It’s appalling how this dealership treats a new customer. At least I learned and will not be back. Sad I have to use a different dealership for any future service to the vehicle bought there! More

I purchased used 2016 Jeep Compass. Car has 1% brake pads, rusted& corroded rotors, bad ball joints and dirty air filter? I already had to replace a front tire? Only bought about 2 mos ago. How can a dealership get away with selling a car with bad brakes? How did dirty air filter & bad brakes get past service dept? Our salesman, Joe Clegg could not have been more accommodating, letting us test drive more than one vehicle and helping us to find exactly what we wanted, without pressuring us to buy something we didn't want. We drove out in our new Jeep a few hours later after the easiest vehicle transaction I've ever had. I can't say enough about the friendly staff and the ease of vehicle shopping here.
