I was looking for a new Ram 2500 but all you have is the high priced packages of them so I found one at another dealership was NOT happy with the way they treated us but they had the the truck I liked so I high priced packages of them so I found one at another dealership was NOT happy with the way they treated us but they had the the truck I liked so I got it. I will never return to them for anything. If the 2500’s were more readily available I would have walked out of there. That explains why I got it there. More

I had been searching for a Cab & Chassis 3500 to up-fit with bed for towing gooseneck trailers. These have been rather scarce and where I did find a couple, the dealers did not want to hassle with an up-fi with bed for towing gooseneck trailers. These have been rather scarce and where I did find a couple, the dealers did not want to hassle with an up-fit. I found Columbiana with some in stock and more enroute. They were outstanding in taking care of an up-fit of exactly what I was seeking. The whole process from my initial internet contact through a couple phone calls, to finally going to the dealership ( 6 hrs from my home) to pick up the truck, went extremely smooth. The staff I worked with could not have made the process any easier. When I received the truck, it had been detailed and waxed better then all but one prior new car purchase. And I have purchased a lot of new vehicles. More
