Whenever Shane stepped away to verify information there was Scott and Kenny being super helpful with smile on there faces. I love the fact they understand this process can be long and scary. Especially Joey, the financial guy, this job does not seem easy but he was very thoughtful and I really appreciate his candor while answering my numerous questions. We had really grown tired of some of the games at other dealerships ( posting a price $4,000 less than asking....apparently not everyone qualifies for the discount???). There are no games at this dealership. Everyone was reasonable and we were reasonable and so a sale was made. Braintree Toyota is our new car home! More

There was some back and forth in negotiating, but Joey, the finance manager, was cooperative in fighting for me to get the best payment price for my situation. I would recommend both of these individuals for purchasing or leasing a car, they really know their stuff and in the end I am very happy. also, Kenny was helpful in overseeing the proper send-off and checked to see that I had everything I needed, such as plates and a sticker, which the team made sure happened.
